Choose materials around the slab you have
Use a clean protective slab bag or suitable soft wrapping, cushioning, a sturdy outer box, void fill and shipping tape. Pack one slab in a clear sequence
Work on one order at a time and check the certification identifier against the listing before it disappears inside the wrapping. A perfectly protected wrong card still creates a problem.
- Record condition. Photograph front, back, label and any existing holder scratches. Confirm you are sending the exact copy that sold.
- Protect the surface. Place the slab in a clean bag that fits without forcing it. Keep closure adhesive away from the holder.

Separate tracking, signature and insurance
Tracking reports movement, a signature records a form of delivery acceptance, and coverage addresses eligible financial loss under terms. They are different tools. Check the marketplace's requirements for your order amount and the provider's coverage rules. Do not assume a label described as tracked automatically covers the full card value.
Keep the mailing receipt, label record, card photographs and completed sale record together. If a buyer reports damage, ask for clear images without delaying the marketplace case. Coordinate preservation of packaging with any return instructions, since a carrier may need to inspect it while the buyer still has a deadline to act.
Use a final five-point handoff check
Before handing over the parcel, confirm card identity, immobilized contents, accurate label, supportable coverage choice and a way to prove carrier acceptance. Remove old barcodes and addresses from reused packaging. Keep the box exterior ordinary rather than advertising that it contains a valuable collectible.
